The Running Works is pleased to introduce a Running Club for 2010. Meeting on Wednesday’s at 6:00pm, this new club will give our members a wide range of features and benefits:
- Entry into any clinic(s) for the year.
- A thank you gift from the Running Works at the end of each year - A 10% discount on all regular priced merchandise in the store.
- Special Running Club Member sales and promotions.
- Exclusive access to major marathon trip packages through Flight Centre.
- Guest speakers and/or workouts once a month.
- Membership good for 1 year from sign up date Membership into the Running Club will be $99.99+gst per year. Membership will run for one year from sign up date.

ANNOUNCING OUR NEW RUN CLUB!
Ready for winter? Don’t let the snow and cold keep you from running outdoors this year. With the right winter gear you can take advantage of some of the most beautiful runs. Stay sharp by keeping up your speed work. Join us on Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm for a friendly tempo run of various lengths and don’t shy away from winter racing. Check out the Dedication Dash on Sunday January 17th 2010. Presented by Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute, this 5km flat course is perfect to keep you race ready for spring. Don’t forget your yak traks for piece of mind while running on the often less then desirable surfaces and your Petzel headlight to see and be seen in the dusk or dark hours.

The Guelph Triathlon Club (GTC) is open to anyone over the age of eighteen, from beginner to professional, who is interested in Triathlons or Duathlons. GTC members include individuals who have never competed before, or who are experienced in one sport and looking for something new, or trained professionals who, like all others, have a passion for this sport and enjoy training with other triathletes.
