We are Guelph's leader in minimalist/barefoot footwear, with over a dozen shoes to choose on depending on your needs. The long wait is over for you 905 loyalists, as the New Balance 1190 has finally arrived! The replacement for the 905 features some great updates, including New Balance's new Rev-Light midsole material! Just like the 905, the 1190 is sure to be a hit!
We also have the new New Balance 700 cross country spike now in stock. The 700 features a Rock Stop plate to protect the foot from brusing on rough terrian, Acteva Lite cushioning material to give a nice soft ride, and a great 4-spike configuration to give you extra traction while minimizing the change of picking up some extra woodchips. This lightweight racing shoe will hope you get to the finish line faster!

Similar to the Vibram series of shoes, the New Balance Minimus trail has a low profile and high flexibility, but offers an enclosed toe box, meaning your toes aren't separated. This is a great alternative for those who find the "toe shoes" uncomfortable, or are unable to get them on. The Minimus road has a slight layer of EVA under the foot, giving you some added protection for the asphalt and concrete, while still allowing the foot to move naturally!
